Sijichun Taiwan Oolong
A brew session logged by @cony on 2026-09-03.
Gardenia and fresh corn on the first pour, and the wet leaves after the rinse smelled even better than the cup. Steeps two and three were the sweet spot: silky, a little buttery, with a clean green-apple edge. By the sixth it had thinned to a gentle floral water, still lovely next to a shortbread biscuit.
