White Sencha Hakusei
A brew session logged by @cony on 2026-08-22.
Pale, almost white-gold in the cup, which surprised me for a sencha. Tastes like steamed spinach with a squeeze of lime, then turns sweet as it cools. Second steep was the best one; the third went soft and grassy.
